Initrode was founded in 2016 around a single discipline: help businesses extract value from emerging technologies before they commoditize. ## Our framing of Token Economics

Token Economics is increasingly used across AI to describe how token consumption ties to operating cost. Initrode's contribution is the availability lens: treating token consumption as an availability risk class, the way mature ops teams already manage compute, bandwidth, and licence quotas. When a team reduces headcount, adopts an AI-assisted dev tool, and hits its weekly token cap mid-sprint, the organization cannot execute. We treat that as an availability incident class with capacity planning, drawdown alerts, model-substitution playbooks, and governance attached.
